Desain Motorola Charm

Ponsel ini berbasis android Eclair, Gorilla Glass Display, HSDPA, QWERTY, TOUCHSCREEN dan Backtrack.

Desain.
Charm hadir dengan konsep desain qwerty kotak.
Tampilan muka dimaksimalkan untuk diagonal layarnya, sehingga qwertynya sendiri mepet di sisi bawah.
Materi layarnya sendiri berjenis anti gores Gorilla Glass.

Menyatu dengan tiga tombol sentuh di sisi bawahnya, yakni shortcut, menu dan back.
Qwertynya sendiri juga menyematkan tombol-tombol khusus, di sisi bawah didapati shortcut message, kamera dan search.

Sisi unik desain Charm adalah disematkannya trackpad di sisi belakang.
Disebut dengan backtrack dan ini difungsikan dengan dua jari.
