Cara reset Nokia 5800 adalah:
1. Matikan ponsel dan hidupkan kembali.
2. Tekan dan tombol berikut:
-Tombol End (tombol merah).
-Tombol Call (tombol hijau).
-Tombol Kamera
Ketiga tombol tersebut ditekan secara bersamaan dan tahan.
3. Tunggu beberapa saat sampai proses format selesai dan muncul logo Nokia (jabatan tangan).
