Pendiri utama Dewa United adalah Tommy Hermawan Lo.

Ia merupakan pengusaha dari JHL Group yang mendirikan klub ini bersama dengan Jerry Hermawan Lo, yang juga didukung oleh sosok seperti Kevin Hardiman.

Klub ini didirikan pada 18-22 Februari 2021 dan menaungi tim sepak bola, bola basket, dan esports.
