Provider

-Provider
Perusahaan yang menyediakan layanan atau jasa.
Untuk internet, provider adalah perusahaan yang menyediakan berbagai layanan yang menyangkut internet dan biasa disebut ISP yaitu Internet Service Provider.



Mereka memberikan layanan dial up yang menghubungkan komputer dengan internet melalui modem.
Selain itu ada juga provider yang menawarkan jasa webhosting.Ini disebut Internet Presence Provider.

-Server
Server mengatur lalu lintas data dalam sebuah jaringan dan menyediakan resource yang dapat dipakai oleh komputer lain yang terhubung dalam jaringannya.
